- •2 thick slices sourdough bread
- •1 ripe avocado
- •1 tbsp lemon juice
- •Handful of microgreens
- •Sliced radish, chili flakes, flaky salt
Method
- 1Toast the sourdough until deeply golden and crisp.
- 2Smash avocado with lemon juice and a pinch of salt; spread on toast.
- 3Top with microgreens, sliced radish, chili flakes, and finishing salt.
