    Microgreens Avocado Toast

    Ingredients

    • 2 thick slices sourdough bread
    • 1 ripe avocado
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • Handful of microgreens
    • Sliced radish, chili flakes, flaky salt

    Method

    1. 1Toast the sourdough until deeply golden and crisp.
    2. 2Smash avocado with lemon juice and a pinch of salt; spread on toast.
    3. 3Top with microgreens, sliced radish, chili flakes, and finishing salt.
