Made with our Butter Lettuce→Ingredients
- •½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- •3 tbsp fresh lime juice
- •1 tbsp honey
- •1 small shallot, finely minced
- •1 tsp Dijon mustard
- •Sea salt & cracked pepper
Method
- 1Whisk the lime juice, honey, mustard, and shallot together in a small bowl.
- 2Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking until emulsified.
- 3Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle generously over butter lettuce.
